Everything you need to know about using Byteon. From creating your account to purchasing products and getting support.
Click the "Register" button on the top right corner of the website, or navigate directly to the registration page.
Enter a unique username (max 16 characters), your email address, and a strong password. Make sure your email is valid — you will need it for verification.
Check your inbox for a verification email from Byteon. Click the verification link to activate your account. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.
Once verified, log in with your credentials. You will be redirected to your personal dashboard where you can manage everything.
Tip: Use a real email address. You will need it for password resets, order confirmations, and important notifications.
From your dashboard sidebar, click on "Add Balance" to open the balance page.
Select a predefined amount or enter a custom amount you want to add to your account.
Choose from the available payment methods. Each method has its own processing time and instructions.
After making the payment, upload a screenshot or proof of your transaction. This helps our team verify your payment quickly.
Our team will review and approve your payment. Once approved, the balance will be added to your account and you can start purchasing.
Tip: Double-check the payment details before sending. Incorrect payments may cause delays in processing.
Go to "Products" from your dashboard sidebar. You will see all available tools with their status, pricing, and supported games.
Make sure the product status is shown as active or online. Products under maintenance or marked as offline cannot be purchased.
Click on the product you want. Choose your preferred subscription duration (e.g., 1 day, 7 days, 30 days). Longer durations usually offer better value.
Click "Purchase" and confirm. The amount will be deducted from your account balance. Make sure you have enough balance before purchasing.
After a successful purchase, go to "My Orders" to find your license key and download instructions. Follow the setup guide to get started.
Important: All sales are final. Please review the product details and status carefully before purchasing. Check our Terms of Service for the full refund policy.
Click "My Orders" in the sidebar to see all your past and active purchases.
Each order shows the product name, license key, purchase date, expiration date, and current status.
Click the copy button next to your license key. You will need this key to activate the software.
Keep track of when your licenses expire. You can repurchase before expiration to avoid any downtime.
Tip: Never share your license key with anyone. Each key is tied to your account and sharing it may result in deactivation.
From your dashboard sidebar, click on "Tickets" to access the support system.
Click "New Ticket" and select the appropriate category for your issue (e.g., Technical Support, Billing, General).
Write a clear and detailed description of your problem. Include relevant information like your order ID, product name, error messages, or screenshots.
Submit your ticket and wait for a response from our support team. You will receive a notification when there is an update.
You can reply to the ticket thread to add more information or ask follow-up questions. Keep the conversation in the same ticket for better tracking.
Tip: The more details you provide upfront, the faster we can help you. Always include your order ID when reporting product issues.
Click "Community" in your dashboard sidebar. You will find two tabs: Chat and Forum.
The Chat tab is a live chatroom where you can talk with other users and staff members in real time. Share tips, ask questions, or just hang out.
The Forum tab has organized categories for in-depth discussions. Browse existing threads or create your own topic.
Pick a category, click "New Thread", write your title and content, then post. Other users can reply to your thread and you can quote specific replies.
Show appreciation by liking threads and replies. Engage with the community respectfully — staff and moderators actively monitor discussions.
Tip: Community is the best place to stay updated on product status, share experiences, and connect with other users.
Click "My Reviews" in your dashboard sidebar to see your review history and write new ones.
You can only review products you have purchased. Pick the product you want to review.
Give a star rating (1-5) and write your honest experience. Good reviews help other users make informed decisions.
Your review will be submitted for moderation. Once approved by our team, it will appear on the product page and homepage.
Tip: Honest reviews are valuable. Whether positive or constructive, your feedback helps us improve our products.
Click "Mystery Box" in your dashboard sidebar to see all available boxes.
Each mystery box has a different price and potential rewards. Check the possible prizes before opening.
Click "Open" and the system will randomly select a prize for you. You might win product licenses, balance, or other rewards.
Your prize will be automatically added to your account. Check your orders or balance depending on what you won.
Tip: Mystery boxes are a fun way to try products at a lower cost. But remember — results are random and all purchases are final.
Click "Leaderboard" in your sidebar to see the top users ranked by total spending.
Your rank is determined by your total purchases (orders + mystery boxes). The more you spend, the higher you climb.
Different spending levels unlock different rank badges displayed next to your name across the platform.
Click "Guides" in your dashboard sidebar to see setup guides for all available products.
Find the product you purchased and click on it to see the full installation and usage guide.
Each guide provides detailed step-by-step instructions with screenshots. Follow them carefully for a smooth setup.
If you run into any issues during setup, open a support ticket with the specific step where you got stuck.
Tip: Always follow the guides exactly as written. Skipping steps or using outdated instructions can lead to issues.
