By purchasing any Byteon product, you agree that all sales are final and refunds are only possible at Byteon's sole discretion, under the terms below.
No refunds on used licenses. Once a license has been activated or used, refunds are strictly not available.
Detection policy. Our products may occasionally face detections. In such cases, no refunds will be provided. Our team will always work to address detection issues and restore functionality where possible.
Updates & maintenance. Products may enter maintenance or require updates. During these periods, refunds will not be issued. We will continuously work to restore full functionality.
Product closure or permanent fixes. If a product is permanently closed or fully patched, refunds will not be granted. Instead, your license may be exchanged for another product or compensated with future products at our discretion.
Third-party software conflicts. Compatibility issues may occur with third-party software or specific system environments. Refunds will not be provided in these cases, but we will make reasonable efforts to help resolve conflicts.
System-verified issues. If a problem is confirmed by our team to be system-related (for example, hardware, OS, security software, or user configuration), no refund will be issued.
Behavior towards staff. Disrespect, insults, harassment, or inappropriate behavior towards our authorized staff will not be tolerated. In such cases, your license will remain active, but technical support may be withdrawn without any refund.
Discounted products. Items purchased at a discounted rate (promotions, coupons, sales) are strictly non-refundable.
Bundle purchases. Products bought as part of a package or bundle are non-refundable.
Defamation or harmful behavior. Any attempt to harm our company's reputation, spread false claims, or organize attacks will result in termination of support services and no eligibility for a refund or compensation.
Ban risks with third-party software. Using third-party software always carries the risk of bans or restrictions. Refunds will not be provided for bans, hardware flags, or account losses. We will, however, strive to minimize user impact and provide guidance where possible.
Discretionary refunds — Refunds may only be issued at our sole discretion. External entities, including payment processors or platforms, cannot force refunds beyond our stated policy. For your own benefit, please communicate issues respectfully with us. Any defamatory actions or disrespect will result only in loss of support and discretionary consideration.
